The client is the mainstay of the legal profession and it is
my firm belief that the client must always come first. I therefore
consider that client care is of critical importance in any lawyer-client
relationship.
As a result, I conduct my practice with the client in mind.
I endeavour my very best to provide a prompt response to messages and to
deliver precise work in a timely manner. It is important that urgent work
be completed to meet the time scale agreed upon and I therefore request of all
my clients to give clear and proper instructions to enable such work to be
completed expeditiously with little or no need for amendments.
Good communications between client and attorney is also a key factor in the
ability to render proper legal services. In this regard, mutual respect
for the client's and the attorney's time is essential and should be maintained
to the highest standards. It is therefore very important to me to offer my
client who arrives for an appointment a service in which he/she will be promptly
attended on in a professional manner with the minimum of waiting as possible
Of course, at every stage of my employment as the client's Attorney and in
every step of proceedings (in court) or transactions (out of court) the main
principle by which I am guided is that I am seeking my client's best interests
at all time and advising him/her accordingly.
